Navigating Change in a Time of Collective Chaos
We’re so glad you signed up to be part of this conversation. The world can feel noisy and overwhelming right now, and we hope this recording gives you both steadiness and inspiration as you move through these times.
And for those of you who want to just listen to the audio, we have popped that below so you can have it in your ear whilst you go about your day!
A few things we explored together...
Finding calm in the storm – staying rooted in your own sovereignty when the world feels chaotic.
Emotions as teachers – anger, grief, and even helplessness can actually guide us back to choice and agency when we meet them consciously.
The power of repair and connection – leaning into honesty, forgiveness, and listening as a way to heal relationships (with ourselves and others).
Why self-care isn’t selfish – tending to your body, energy, and joy strengthens your ability to show up for the people and world around you.
Visioning forward – letting the memory of your future self pull you forward, rather than staying stuck in survival or the past.
Gentle steps to practice...
Pause & ground – Come back to your senses: feel your breath, your body, your feet on the floor.
Discern what serves you – Ask: Does this story or opinion connect me to myself, or pull me further away?
Lean into repair – Be brave enough to say the hard thing, or to say sorry. Conflict can be a doorway back to love.
Fill your own cup – Make your self-care as generous (and yes, even selfish!) as it needs to be.
Hold a vision – Spend a little time each day with the world you want to help create. Let it inspire your choices today.
✨ To support you in weaving these ideas into daily life, here are two meditations we mentioned:
A Prayer for the World – A guided offering to place your heart’s vision into the collective field, while receiving a sense of nourishment and connection in return.
Feel Spacious & Playful – A lighthearted practice to soften tension, invite joy, and reconnect with creativity when things feel heavy.
Journal prompts to deepen the practice:
Where in my life am I being invited to choose sovereignty over compliance or fear?
What does “repair” look like for me right now—in my relationship with myself, with others, or with the world?
If I let the memory of my future self guide me, what small step would I take today?
We’d love to hear what lands for you after watching. If you try one of the meditations or prompts, let us know how it feels. We love hearing your reflections.
With love and gratitude,
Oliver & Rebecca.
P.S. You’re not alone in this. Even in times of collective chaos, there’s a quiet field of connection we’re building together.
Thank you for being part of it.
