Our Story.

Hello, dear friend, and the warmest of welcomes to you.

We are Oliver and Rebecca.

Founders of Sol Energies, life partners, besties and Mum and Dad to our gorgeous 6 children.

Sol Energies started back in 2017. We never would have dreamed it would have grown into the community it has over the last 5 years, so thank you for joining us, and we greatly look forward to getting to know you better.

For us growing up we had a shared experience of never quite feeling like we fit in. Both questioning, is this really it and what life is all about?

That yearning for more, and the calling of a deeper understanding and knowing- perhaps you can relate?

I think its fair to say, we both ended up in some sticky situations before we realised what life had been trying to show us all along.

You are your own best medicine.

The innate wisdom and truth within you, and so is the key to your freedom and happiness.

Your remembrance and awareness of your own unique divinity and creator is your superpower.

That your health, your happiness, is your responsibility, and the most exciting adventure you will ever go on, is the discovery of who you truly are.

We could gush all day about how amazing it is to feel connected and empowered in your own being, but we also know from our own experience and time in treatment, just how lonely and exhausting it can all be.

Healing isn’t all Love and Light.

One of the hardest transitions we will go through is the integration and shedding of the old layers and grounding them into the physical. We all have lives to lead, don’t we? And for us (as you can imagine with 6 children), it is something we have really had to hone in on and become experts at.

So this is the basis of our work, helping to guide, nurture and support your own healing journey in a really grounded and practical way and also to remind you to have fun along the way.

The noise & confusion of life can disconnect us from our passions, gifts & talents. As guides and teachers we serve as the mirror to remind you of the magic, wisdom and medicine that lives within you.

We care deeply about you rediscovering you talents on all dimensions and support you in gaining the confidence to share them with the world.

You are a multi dimensional being whose knowledge, wisdom & compassion is infinite.

You are hard-wired for connection; biologically, physiologically, emotionally, and spiritually. Your whole system is designed to reflect the universal law of being connected to all things.

A problem shared is a problem halved. Connection is one of our deepest values as we see so much loneliness & confusion resulting from the absence of the basic human need for connection.

We know we have been called here to create spaces & sacred containers for deep & meaningful connections to be made and sustained.

The energy of “play” has a life force of its own and in every moment can open doors to connections previously unseen.
