These one-off sessions are often described by clients as very powerful, life changing and unlike any other modality or experience they’ve had. What can I expect to happen during my session?

One of the most important things to know about working with us is that every treatment is a collaboration between us, you, and your team of light.

Working with your body as the anchor to your soul’s experience, we will be continually guiding you into your body and working with your “felt sense”. This is the somatic part of your treatment.

Feel your body, your emotions, and your energy to clear, make space, and release.

We use the breath, journeying, and touch to build awareness and coregulation. We guide you with movement and sound to express, experience, and release the trapped energy.

The human journey is an embodied experience; therefore, the soul looks to be deeply integrated and present within the body to be expressed and in alignment.

Powerful energy healing supports the alchemical support and guidance that happens on a quantum level. This is assisted by your team of light and ours.

Every session is different, sometimes you can be deep within your body healing your physical vessel and other times you could be expanding within the quantum, activating remembrance and soul gifts.

As this work takes place on a multi-dimensional level - i.e, within the quantum field, there is no difference between receiving a session in person or from a distance.

Both are equally powerful and potent.

Both online and in-person, we guide you to feel your body, to embody the change, and to seek connection with the larger part of you.

Remember your soul, and the infinite realm knows no boundaries or limitations.

How am I supported after my session?

The time after your session is precious. We advise you to create as much space for yourself both mentally, physically & emotionally as is practically possible.

Following your session, it is extremely important you give yourself time and space to be in your own energy. No racing back to work or putting the kids to bed. We understand this isn’t always possible, but we have seen the benefits time and time again in those we work with or are really committed to making your growth a priority.

Sometimes that growth comes from the space to reflect, absorb, and allow the alignment to naturally unfold without outside disturbance.

For the 7 days following your session, WhatsApp voice note support will be available to support your integration.

We will also email post-session notes and resources to support you as you integrate the session. These resources are varied & vast and will be custom-designed for your specific needs & life circumstances.
