Please bring your own yoga/roll mat, blanket & pillow - we really want you to be as comfy as possible!
If laying down is uncomfortable for you - you are welcome to soak up the sounds and relax by bringing a camping chair.
The sessions involve some movement & talking/group exercises - these can all be adapted easily for those with restricted movement or if you are feeling a little shy that day - you can sit them out - it’s all good!

Please note: We don’t offer refunds and cannot transfer tickets to another event. The only exception to this is if we cancel the event (which is very unlikely).
You will receive an email 24 hours prior to the event. Please keep an eye on your inbox ahead of time and ensure we have the correct email for you.

If you arrive late unfortunately you won’t be able to come in. This is a deep submersive experience and out of respect for those that have managed to arrive on time, so everyone can have an enjoyable experience with us.
