Is this a spirit guide?
If you’re a beginner to all things Spirit Guides you might have some reservations. Such as:
- Who are they?
- Is it “safe” to open up?
- Is this all just a little bit crazy and all in your head?
These were all questions I had nearly a decade ago when I first encountered the term “Spirit Guide”. To say I was a little hesitant and sceptical is a bit of an understatement…
Though over the years I’ve come to be thankful for that initial resistance to all things spirit - because it allowed me to open up gently and challenge myself, my perceptions and my beliefs a little bit at a time.
Listen…I know it sounds crazy but the thing to remember is that if you are reading this and want to improve your life…get connecting. Me and Bex recommend and teach everyone who works with us how to connect with Spirit.
You are Spirit remember, there is more to you than meets the eye. In this way you are just connecting with the larger parts of you - your soul is massive and it is time to bring all of it to the party…YOUR LIFE!
Bit by bit though of course…so we can savour every drop!
